My new love

Well that grabbed your attention! I am, of course, referring to the latest club acquisition, the Citroen DS.

It looks absolutely glorious. Here are a couple of shots of it on the Mull weekend to prove it.

Yes its handling takes time to get used to, and does not encourage rapid driving round twisty Scottish roads, and it is undoubtedly a little underpowered for the size of car, but it cruises very comfortably once the bends open out (at the legal limits of course). It is also a comfortable 4 seater, unusually for a club car and the fuel consumption was excellent.

And of course it looks glorious.........oh I said that before.
I thoroughly recommend it...but on second thoughts leave it for my next trip!
